Michael Charles Hill is an animation writer best-known for his contributions to Sunbow’s popular toy-based cartoons in the 1980s (Centurions, G.I. Joe, Jem, My Little Pony and Transformers). He wrote AAl’s favorite episode of Transformers, “Starscream’s Brigade,” as well as the infamous “Cold Slither” episode of G.I. Joe.
